5/26/15 at REDONDO BEACH, DAY BEFORE "OIL GLOBS" CLOSED BEACH, i didn't see anything...so I was out at the Redondo beach (near Manhattan & Hermosa beach) on the 26th and didn't see any problems...no tar or oil blobs or globs or balls ...the stuff must have appeared overnight..; read more at
