i was driving thru the parking lot near tustin library, and saw this purse on the ground, nobody around..i picked it up, looked around..glanced thru for identification,...didn't see anything..didn't see any valuables except loose change..; there were some car keys...drove over to Tustin PD and dropped it off there. hope she gets it back.
