 this guy at newport beach mariners branch library is one-of-a-kind...kind of scary the way he walks in and out all the time...and he's always there..he used to stare me down as if I was on his "turf" ...I hope and pray that he finds some way to liberate himself from what seems to be a trap ...he seems trapped..
